Lee Spring LL 100 125 U000 is a plastic composite compression spring from the LeeP™ Plastic Composite Series series, specifically engineered for unique applications with specialzed characteristic requirements like non-magnetic and high strength to weight ratios. This spring features an 0.965-inch outside diameter (24.51 mm) with a 1-inch hole diameter (25.4 mm) and extends to a free length of 1.25 inch (31.75 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Ultem with a 0.085-inch wire diameter (2.16 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 8.95 lb/inch (1.567 N/mm) through its 2.01 active coils out of 4.01 total coils for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 0.343 inch (8.71 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 8.133 lb (36.18 N) at full compression. The spring has Tapered flat type ends.
