Lee Spring LL 100 100 U10G is a plastic composite compression spring from the LeeP™ Plastic Composite Series series, specifically engineered for unique applications with specialzed characteristic requirements like non-magnetic and high strength to weight ratios. This spring features an 0.965-inch outside diameter (24.51 mm) with a 1-inch hole diameter (25.4 mm) and extends to a free length of 1 inch (25.4 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Ultem with a 0.085-inch wire diameter (2.16 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 17.6 lb/inch (3.082 N/mm) through its 1.55 active coils out of 3.55 total coils for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 0.303 inch (7.7 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 12.298 lb (54.7 N) at full compression. The spring has Tapered flat type ends.
