Lee Spring LL 050 050 U10G is a plastic composite compression spring from the LeeP™ Plastic Composite Series series, specifically engineered for unique applications with specialzed characteristic requirements like non-magnetic and high strength to weight ratios. This spring features an 0.485-inch outside diameter (12.32 mm) with a 0.5-inch hole diameter (12.7 mm) and extends to a free length of 0.5 inch (12.7 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Ultem with a 0.042-inch wire diameter (1.07 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 8.16 lb/inch (1.429 N/mm) through its 1.5 active coils out of 3.5 total coils for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 0.148 inch (3.76 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 2.881 lb (12.82 N) at full compression. The spring has Tapered flat type ends.
