Lee Spring LL 038 038 U10G is a plastic composite compression spring from the LeeP™ Plastic Composite Series series, specifically engineered for unique applications with specialzed characteristic requirements like non-magnetic and high strength to weight ratios. This spring features an 0.35-inch outside diameter (8.89 mm) with a 0.375-inch hole diameter (9.53 mm) and extends to a free length of 0.375 inch (9.53 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Ultem with a 0.03-inch wire diameter (0.76 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 5.59 lb/inch (0.979 N/mm) through its 1.57 active coils out of 3.57 total coils for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 0.108 inch (2.74 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 1.498 lb (6.66 N) at full compression. The spring has Tapered flat type ends.
