Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 500C 01 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.475-inch outside diameter (12.07 mm) with a 0.5-inch hole diameter (12.7 mm) and extends to a free length of 1 inch (25.4 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Music Wire with a 0.085-inch wire diameter (2.16 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 236 lb/inch (41.331 N/mm) through its 5.59 active coils out of 7.59 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 0.64 inch (16.26 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 85 lb (378.1 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Black Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
