Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 500B 11 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.461-inch outside diameter (11.71 mm) with a 0.5-inch hole diameter (12.7 mm) and extends to a free length of 8 inch (203.2 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Music Wire with a 0.08-inch wire diameter (2.03 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 22 lb/inch (3.853 N/mm) through its 50.5 active coils out of 52.5 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 4.54 inch (115.32 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 83.608 lb (371.91 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Purple Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
