Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 500AB 02 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.475-inch outside diameter (12.07 mm) with a 0.5-inch hole diameter (12.7 mm) and extends to a free length of 1.25 inch (31.75 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Music Wire with a 0.075-inch wire diameter (1.91 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 108 lb/inch (18.914 N/mm) through its 6.87 active coils out of 8.87 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 0.69 inch (17.53 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 60.5 lb (269.12 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Beige Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
