Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 500A 11A is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.477-inch outside diameter (12.12 mm) with a 0.5-inch hole diameter (12.7 mm) and extends to a free length of 7 inch (177.8 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Music Wire with a 0.072-inch wire diameter (1.83 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 15 lb/inch (2.627 N/mm) through its 40.45 active coils out of 42.45 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 3.32 inch (84.33 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 59.149 lb (263.11 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Gray Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
