Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 500A 10A is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.475-inch outside diameter (12.07 mm) with a 0.5-inch hole diameter (12.7 mm) and extends to a free length of 6 inch (152.4 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Music Wire with a 0.072-inch wire diameter (1.83 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 18 lb/inch (3.152 N/mm) through its 34.22 active coils out of 36.22 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 2.82 inch (71.63 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 61.064 lb (271.63 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Gray Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
