Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 500A 07 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.475-inch outside diameter (12.07 mm) with a 0.5-inch hole diameter (12.7 mm) and extends to a free length of 3 inch (76.2 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Music Wire with a 0.075-inch wire diameter (1.91 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 40 lb/inch (7.005 N/mm) through its 18.54 active coils out of 20.54 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 1.49 inch (37.85 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 60.4 lb (268.67 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Gray Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
