Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 500A 01 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.48-inch outside diameter (12.19 mm) with a 0.5-inch hole diameter (12.7 mm) and extends to a free length of 1 inch (25.4 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Music Wire with a 0.07-inch wire diameter (1.78 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 100 lb/inch (17.513 N/mm) through its 5.23 active coils out of 7.23 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 0.49 inch (12.45 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 51 lb (226.86 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Gray Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
