Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 375C 7A is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.355-inch outside diameter (9.02 mm) with a 0.375-inch hole diameter (9.53 mm) and extends to a free length of 4 inch (101.6 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Music Wire with a 0.067-inch wire diameter (1.7 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 38 lb/inch (6.655 N/mm) through its 33.3 active coils out of 35.3 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 2.58 inch (65.53 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 62.129 lb (276.36 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Black Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
