Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 375C 09 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.345-inch outside diameter (8.76 mm) with a 0.375-inch hole diameter (9.53 mm) and extends to a free length of 7 inch (177.8 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Music Wire with a 0.065-inch wire diameter (1.65 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 20 lb/inch (3.503 N/mm) through its 60.99 active coils out of 62.99 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 4.54 inch (115.32 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 58.116 lb (258.51 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Black Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
