Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 375C 01 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.342-inch outside diameter (8.69 mm) with a 0.375-inch hole diameter (9.53 mm) and extends to a free length of 1 inch (25.4 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Music Wire with a 0.063-inch wire diameter (1.59 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 124 lb/inch (21.716 N/mm) through its 8.14 active coils out of 10.14 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 0.63 inch (16 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 45.9 lb (204.17 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Black Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
