Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 375B 05 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.329-inch outside diameter (8.36 mm) with a 0.375-inch hole diameter (9.53 mm) and extends to a free length of 2 inch (50.8 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Music Wire with a 0.059-inch wire diameter (1.5 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 50 lb/inch (8.757 N/mm) through its 18.47 active coils out of 20.47 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 1.19 inch (30.23 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 40.5 lb (180.15 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Purple Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
