Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 375A 01 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.344-inch outside diameter (8.74 mm) with a 0.375-inch hole diameter (9.53 mm) and extends to a free length of 1 inch (25.4 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Music Wire with a 0.052-inch wire diameter (1.32 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 56 lb/inch (9.807 N/mm) through its 7.87 active coils out of 9.87 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 0.5 inch (12.7 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 28 lb (124.55 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Gray Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
