Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 2000D 07 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 1.96-inch outside diameter (49.78 mm) with a 2-inch hole diameter (50.8 mm) and extends to a free length of 6 inch (152.4 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.393-inch wire diameter (9.98 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 1015 lb/inch (177.76 N/mm) through its 8.78 active coils out of 10.78 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 4.25 inch (107.95 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 1776.3 lb (7901.38 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Orange Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
