Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 2000AB 08 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 1.7-inch outside diameter (43.18 mm) with a 2-inch hole diameter (50.8 mm) and extends to a free length of 6 inch (152.4 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.283-inch wire diameter (7.19 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 316 lb/inch (55.342 N/mm) through its 10.26 active coils out of 12.26 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 3.57 inch (90.68 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 767.9 lb (3415.79 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Beige Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
