Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 2000A 09 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 1.795-inch outside diameter (45.59 mm) with a 2-inch hole diameter (50.8 mm) and extends to a free length of 7 inch (177.8 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.262-inch wire diameter (6.65 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 175.5 lb/inch (30.736 N/mm) through its 10.71 active coils out of 12.71 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 3.331 inch (84.61 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 643.9 lb (2864.21 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Gray Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
