Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 1500AB 07 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 1.44-inch outside diameter (36.58 mm) with a 1.5-inch hole diameter (38.1 mm) and extends to a free length of 5 inch (127 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.234-inch wire diameter (5.94 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 250 lb/inch (43.783 N/mm) through its 9.83 active coils out of 11.83 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 2.85 inch (72.39 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 537.5 lb (2390.92 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Beige Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
