Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 1500A 11 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 1.395-inch outside diameter (35.43 mm) with a 1.5-inch hole diameter (38.1 mm) and extends to a free length of 8 inch (203.2 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.207-inch wire diameter (5.26 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 100 lb/inch (17.513 N/mm) through its 15.74 active coils out of 17.74 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 3.78 inch (96.01 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 432.756 lb (1924.99 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Gray Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
