Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 1250C 12 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 1.195-inch outside diameter (30.35 mm) with a 1.25-inch hole diameter (31.75 mm) and extends to a free length of 7 inch (177.8 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.243-inch wire diameter (6.17 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 338 lb/inch (59.195 N/mm) through its 17.19 active coils out of 19.19 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 4.662 inch (118.41 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 790.1 lb (3514.54 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Black Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
