Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 1250B 11 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 1.15-inch outside diameter (29.21 mm) with a 1.25-inch hole diameter (31.75 mm) and extends to a free length of 6 inch (152.4 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.207-inch wire diameter (5.26 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 205 lb/inch (35.902 N/mm) through its 15.35 active coils out of 17.35 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 3.605 inch (91.57 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 491 lb (2184.08 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Purple Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
