Lee Spring LHL 1250AB 11 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 1.16-inch outside diameter (29.46 mm) with a 1.25-inch hole diameter (31.75 mm) and extends to a free length of 6 inch (152.4 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.192-inch wire diameter (4.88 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 144 lb/inch (25.219 N/mm) through its 14.96 active coils out of 16.96 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 3.35 inch (85.09 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 381.6 lb (1697.44 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Beige Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
