Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 1250AB 01 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 1.2-inch outside diameter (30.48 mm) with a 1.25-inch hole diameter (31.75 mm) and extends to a free length of 1.5 inch (38.1 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.177-inch wire diameter (4.5 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 468 lb/inch (81.962 N/mm) through its 2.82 active coils out of 4.82 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 0.93 inch (23.62 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 266.8 lb (1186.79 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Beige Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
