Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 1250A 12 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 1.17-inch outside diameter (29.72 mm) with a 1.25-inch hole diameter (31.75 mm) and extends to a free length of 7 inch (177.8 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.17-inch wire diameter (4.32 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 69.8 lb/inch (12.224 N/mm) through its 17.2 active coils out of 19.2 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 3.264 inch (82.91 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 260.8 lb (1160.1 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Gray Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
