Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 1000D 06 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.975-inch outside diameter (24.77 mm) with a 1-inch hole diameter (25.4 mm) and extends to a free length of 4 inch (101.6 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.207-inch wire diameter (5.26 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 505 lb/inch (88.442 N/mm) through its 11.54 active coils out of 13.54 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 2.82 inch (71.63 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 595.9 lb (2650.7 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Orange Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
