Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 1000C 10 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.935-inch outside diameter (23.75 mm) with a 1-inch hole diameter (25.4 mm) and extends to a free length of 4.5 inch (114.3 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.187-inch wire diameter (4.75 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 305 lb/inch (53.416 N/mm) through its 13.77 active coils out of 15.77 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 2.96 inch (75.18 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 469.7 lb (2089.33 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Black Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
