Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 1000C 02 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.965-inch outside diameter (24.51 mm) with a 1-inch hole diameter (25.4 mm) and extends to a free length of 1.25 inch (31.75 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.177-inch wire diameter (4.5 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 1000 lb/inch (175.133 N/mm) through its 2.88 active coils out of 4.88 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 0.87 inch (22.1 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 380 lb (1690.32 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Black Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
