Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 1000B 13 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.935-inch outside diameter (23.75 mm) with a 1-inch hole diameter (25.4 mm) and extends to a free length of 6 inch (152.4 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.162-inch wire diameter (4.11 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 112 lb/inch (19.615 N/mm) through its 19.14 active coils out of 21.14 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 3.44 inch (87.38 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 286.7 lb (1275.31 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Purple Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
