Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 1000B 01 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.94-inch outside diameter (23.88 mm) with a 1-inch hole diameter (25.4 mm) and extends to a free length of 1 inch (25.4 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.148-inch wire diameter (3.76 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 620 lb/inch (108.582 N/mm) through its 2.24 active coils out of 4.24 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 0.63 inch (16 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 229.4 lb (1020.42 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Purple Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
