Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 1000AB 12 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.97-inch outside diameter (24.64 mm) with a 1-inch hole diameter (25.4 mm) and extends to a free length of 5.5 inch (139.7 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.156-inch wire diameter (3.96 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 92 lb/inch (16.112 N/mm) through its 17.16 active coils out of 19.16 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 3.08 inch (78.23 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 222.6 lb (990.17 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Beige Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
