Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Lee Spring LHL 1000AB 11 is a heavy-duty die compression spring from the HEFTY™ Die Spring series, specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring durabiliy and substantial load capacity. This spring features an 0.97-inch outside diameter (24.64 mm) with a 1-inch hole diameter (25.4 mm) and extends to a free length of 5 inch (127 mm), making it ideal for stamping and die applications. Made from Oil Tempered Chrome Silicon with a 0.156-inch wire diameter (3.96 mm), the spring delivers a spring rate of 103 lb/inch (18.039 N/mm) through its 15.32 active coils out of 17.32 total coils, with Factory Option wind for predictable deflection behavior. The spring compresses to a solid height of 2.78 inch (70.61 mm) while supporting a maximum load of 228.7 lb (1017.31 N) at full compression. The spring has Squared and Ground ends and a Beige Powder Coat finish for optimal die spring performance.
